Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Management

  • Gather and assess purchasing requirements from R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
  • Procure machines, capital goods, and raw materials efficiently.

2. Logistics Oversight

  • Manage logistical processes and improve value-adding activities collaboratively.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.

3. Budget and KPI Management

  • Establish key performance indicators and align them with organizational goals.
  • Efficiently manage budgets to optimize resources.

4. Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain and update purchasing processes in the Quality Management system.
  • Provide detailed reports to Regulatory, Sales, and Quality Management teams.

5. Supplier Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with a strategic approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration (BBA) focusing on logistics or equivalent commercial training.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or related fields, preferably in the chemical or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
