As a Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent while partnering with various teams to identify and fulfill staffing needs.

Job Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across warehouse, customer service, office, and sales departments.
  • Source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, and strategic pipelines.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job duties, and necessary skills.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and organizations to access diverse talent pools.

Talent Acquisition Management

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday to manage candidate applications and hiring workflows.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences by maintaining consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, and is passionate about talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP certification is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS tools; Workday expertise is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
