Job Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across warehouse, customer service, office, and sales departments.
- Source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, and strategic pipelines.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job duties, and necessary skills.
- Build long-lasting relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and organizations to access diverse talent pools.
Talent Acquisition Management
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday to manage candidate applications and hiring workflows.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences by maintaining consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, and is passionate about talent acquisition.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; CHRP certification is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS tools; Workday expertise is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
