As a Regional Property Manager, you will proactively manage a diverse lease portfolio, encompassing head leases and sub-leases across industrial, retail, and commercial sites. This role covers properties in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including payments, critical dates, and rent reviews.
• Optimize net income performance through effective cost management strategies.
• Manage lease renewals and conduct market rent reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging existing contacts.
• Monitor competition activity and communicate insights to steering committees.
• Ensure lease documentation aligns with business precedents and commercial guardrails.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• Qualifications in Property, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:
