Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Sales & Achieve KPIs

You will drive your team towards achieving store sales targets and KPIs, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction.

2. Team Development

Coach, mentor, and develop your team to help them grow in their roles, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You’ll also focus on succession planning to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

Ensure effective stock management practices are in place, minimizing stock loss and maximizing sales opportunities.

4. Visual Merchandising

Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store looks attractive and aligned with Jay Jays‘ branding, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

5. Staff Roster Management

Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring that your team is adequately staffed during peak and off-peak hours while maintaining budget constraints.

6. Customer Experience

Provide an exceptional customer experience, staying true to Jay Jay‘s brand identity and values.

Experience
