Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Inside Sales, you will handle commercial and technical support for existing clients while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will work closely with product management and internal teams to ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers, managing orders and building long-term relationships.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to existing customers and assist in the development of new projects and clients.

Order Processing and Follow-Up

  • Process and record orders, mainly for the UK market, and follow up until the contract is finalized.
  • Coordinate customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Send orders to factories, mainly in Spain, and coordinate transport and deliveries every week.

Market Insights and Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer master data regularly.
  • Monitor market developments and activities of competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who combines strong commercial and technical knowledge with a genuine ability to understand customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (business training).
  • Experience in internal sales or logistics (order processing) is an advantage.
  • Ability to balance business know-how with technical understanding.
  • Strong empathy and solution-oriented approach when communicating with customers.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficiency in M365 software.
