Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Empower Teams

Who You Are
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in high-volume Sales, Retail, or Customer Service.
- At least 2 years of proven formal or informal leadership experience.
- Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to identify and fulfill customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for IKEA products, design, and sustainability.
