Job Description

As an SAP Junior Consultant (m/w/d), you will work with clients on a variety of SAP-related projects. Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Project Participation

• Work on projects in areas like Sales & Services, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and SAP Cloud.
• Support the planning, conceptualization, and implementation of SAP transformation projects.

2. Technical Consultation

• Advise clients on modern SAP products and their application in various business processes.
• Help design customized SAP solutions for clients.

3. Client Workshops & Presentations

• Assist in conducting client workshops.
• Create decision-making documents and present project results.

4. Continuous Development

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve SAP products and services.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background and an interest in SAP technologies and consulting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solution-oriented team player with the ability to grasp complex topics and communicate them clearly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience: Initial experience or academic focus on SAP solutions or related areas like Sales & Service, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or other business applications is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, team-oriented, solution-focused, and excellent communication abilities.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

Education & Experience

• Degree: A relevant academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Informatics.
• Experience: Ideally, practical experience gained through internships or student jobs in SAP-related fields or consulting.
• Certifications: Any SAP-related certifications or coursework is a plus.
