Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Develop strategies to foster employee engagement and enhance workplace culture across the region.
Performance and Talent Management
- Lead performance reviews, coaching, and talent development initiatives.
Training and Development

Diversity and Inclusion

Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of leadership.
- Experience in diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with expertise in performance management and coaching.
- Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
