Job Responsibilities

As a (Senior) ServiceNow Consultant, your role will involve a wide variety of tasks in the IT and AI spaces. These tasks will support our mission to deliver transformative digital solutions to clients across various industries.

1. ServiceNow Project Implementation & Consulting

• Lead and provide consultancy on ServiceNow projects for both national and international clients. Focus areas include ITSM, Custom Applications, HR, and AI solutions.

2. Requirement Collection & Analysis

• Actively collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that drive business transformation.

3. Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Teams

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to co-develop and implement innovative digital solutions that meet client needs.

4. Expanding the ServiceNow Team

• Contribute to the growth and expansion of the ServiceNow team and take on responsibility for (partial) project management tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with a passion for technology and innovation. The ideal candidate will have some experience with ServiceNow or a strong interest in learning and implementing it.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow or a strong willingness to learn and grow in this field.
• Technical Aptitude: Enthusiasm for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with an IT affinity and motivation to take responsibility for projects.
• ServiceNow Modules: Experience or a desire to learn specific ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Supplier Lifecycle Operations, or Integrated Risk Management.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Travel Willingness: Must be open to travel as required by the role.
