Key Responsibilities

1. Open Youth Work

  • Manage daily operations of the youth café “Die Brücke.”
  • Conduct activities and programs aimed at children and adolescents.
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors.

2. Project Work

  • Design and implement creative projects involving youth participation.
  • Develop initiatives aligned with the interests and needs of young people.

3. Event Organization

  • Plan and organize public events and festivals in collaboration with the team.
  • Promote the mission and values of Heilsarmee through outreach.

4. Community Networking

  • Build relationships with relevant institutions and community organizations.
  • Foster collaborations to enhance child and youth welfare services.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Document and evaluate program outcomes.
  • Contribute to team discussions and consultations.
