Key Responsibilities
1. Open Youth Work
- Manage daily operations of the youth café “Die Brücke.”
- Conduct activities and programs aimed at children and adolescents.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors.
2. Project Work
- Design and implement creative projects involving youth participation.
- Develop initiatives aligned with the interests and needs of young people.
3. Event Organization
- Plan and organize public events and festivals in collaboration with the team.
- Promote the mission and values of Heilsarmee through outreach.
4. Community Networking
- Build relationships with relevant institutions and community organizations.
- Foster collaborations to enhance child and youth welfare services.
5. Administrative Duties
- Document and evaluate program outcomes.
- Contribute to team discussions and consultations.

Skills and Qualifications
