Job Responsibilities

As a Store Manager in Training, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Customer Service

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
• Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership

• Train, motivate, and support team members to help them succeed.
• Create a positive work environment by recognizing and rewarding team achievements.

Operations Management

• Ensure fresh food items are always in stock and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and walkways.
• Monitor store equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
