Key Responsibilities – What You Will Do
As a Strategic Consultant in HR Due Diligence & Reward at EY, you will engage in a variety of tasks that will challenge your skills and provide valuable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. HR Due Diligence for Company Acquisitions and Sales
- Support national and international companies during mergers and acquisitions by preparing due diligence reports focused on personnel and HR matters.
2. Advising on Transactions and IPOs
- Provide strategic advice to companies undergoing transactions or Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), such as implementing new compensation systems or harmonizing existing reward structures.
3. Analyzing Compensation and HR Strategies
- Investigate the implications of different compensation systems and HR strategies. Analyze incentive structures and evaluate share-based compensation instruments to improve organizational effectiveness.
4. Developing Leadership and Compensation Strategies
- Assist with the development of compensation strategies for executive boards, supervisory boards, and managers. Design total compensation systems and incentive strategies for employees.
5. Presentations and Client Interactions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and deliverables for clients. Participate in client meetings and present results, offering insights and recommendations to support their decision-making.

1. Educational Background

3. Language Skills
- Fluency in both German and English, allowing you to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

- Strong analytical skills with a passion for quantitative methods and models. You should be able to think critically and approach problems with a structured mindset.
5. Teamwork and Communication
