Key Responsibilities – What You Will Do

As part of the People Advisory Services team, you will have a range of responsibilities that include developing and implementing reward strategies. Key duties include:

1. Developing Leadership and Compensation Strategies

  • Design and implement leadership and compensation strategies for management boards, supervisory boards, and executives of top international clients.

2. Creating Total Compensation Systems

  • Develop total compensation systems and incentive strategies tailored to employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.

3. Evaluating Compensation Systems

  • Investigate the effects of various compensation systems and HR strategies, including analyzing incentive structures and evaluating share-based compensation tools.

4. Advisory on Transactions and IPOs

  • Advise companies during transactions, such as IPOs, particularly regarding the introduction of new remuneration systems or the harmonization of existing ones.

5. Client Presentations and Meetings

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and deliverables for clients. Participate in client meetings and present results at the highest organizational levels.

1. Educational Requirements

  • A completed degree in economics, business administration (with a focus on strategy or finance), or mathematics.

2. Experience

  • Ideally, you will have your first professional experience in a consulting firm or a similar role that focuses on strategic compensation or leadership.

3. Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in both German and English, as this role involves working with international teams and clients.

4. Analytical and Conceptual Thinking

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think conceptually and use quantitative methods to solve complex problems.
