As an intern in Sustainability & CSR, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate responsibility and employee engagement. Your role will include a variety of tasks, from internal communications to social media engagement, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic and impactful sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Responsibility Projects

You will support various Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Corporate Volunteering (CV) projects, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help achieve our sustainability goals.

Communication Support

You will assist in developing content for multiple platforms, including internal communications (intranet, newsletters), external communications (website, social media), and event-related topics.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with your team to brainstorm and implement CR and CV initiatives, ensuring that each project aligns with Deloitte’s sustainability values and goals.

Data Analysis

Support the analysis of key metrics and statistical evaluations for ongoing projects, such as benchmarking CR performance or tracking the impact of volunteer activities.

Event Coordination

Take part in organizing and implementing meetings, events, and other team activities, including preparing materials and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a highly motivated student who is passionate about sustainability, corporate responsibility, and communications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Student in economics, political science, social sciences, or a related field with a focus on communication or CSR
• Initial experience in corporate responsibility, corporate volunteering, or communication, particularly in social media channels
• Creative thinker with strong writing skills and a talent for organizing complex tasks
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a higher semester of your degree program
• Previous internships or projects related to sustainability or CSR are a plus
• Interest in CSR, sustainability, and social media
