- Communicate effectively with previous and upcoming crews for smooth daily transitions.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding employee behaviors or achievements.
4. Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in completing hazard identifications and addressing workplace risks.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related department, showcasing strong leadership abilities.
Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product types, and quality standards.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
