Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• SEP E1+D1 electrical certification for voltage above 15kV.
• Strong responsibility and commitment to property operations.
• Expertise in managing teams, subcontractors, and budgets.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years in building management or technical operations.
