Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- SEP E1+D1 electrical certification for voltage above 15kV.
- Strong responsibility and commitment to property operations.
- Expertise in managing teams, subcontractors, and budgets.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in building management or technical operations.
