Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Consultancy
- Advise international projects on IT, audio, and video technology usage.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement innovative technical solutions.
2. System Administration
- Configure laptops and devices for production and office applications.
- Administer systems within DW Academy to ensure seamless operations.
3. Workshop and Training Support
- Manage technology setups for in-person and online training sessions via platforms like MS Teams and Zoom.
- Provide technical assistance in DW Academy course rooms, including projectors and video conferencing systems.
4. Equipment Management
- Procure, rent, and maintain technical equipment for media development projects.
- Schedule and inspect equipment post-use to ensure functionality and reliability.
5. Coordination and Innovation
- Liaise with DW-IT to align on technical requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and trends, including AI applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Vocational training (media design, event technician, IT clerk) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical expertise in video, IT technology, Windows, Office365, MacOS, iOS, and web applications like WordPress.
- Project Management: Basic experience in managing technical projects.
- Problem-Solving: Quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
Personal Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
