Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Consultancy

• Advise international projects on IT, audio, and video technology usage.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement innovative technical solutions.

2. System Administration

• Configure laptops and devices for production and office applications.
• Administer systems within DW Academy to ensure seamless operations.

3. Workshop and Training Support

• Manage technology setups for in-person and online training sessions via platforms like MS Teams and Zoom.
• Provide technical assistance in DW Academy course rooms, including projectors and video conferencing systems.

4. Equipment Management

• Procure, rent, and maintain technical equipment for media development projects.
• Schedule and inspect equipment post-use to ensure functionality and reliability.

5. Coordination and Innovation

• Liaise with DW-IT to align on technical requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and trends, including AI applications.

Eligibility Criteria

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Vocational training (media design, event technician, IT clerk) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Practical expertise in video, IT technology, Windows, Office365, MacOS, iOS, and web applications like WordPress.
• Project Management: Basic experience in managing technical projects.
• Problem-Solving: Quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
