   • Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors, Lead Hands, Administrators, and Shunters regarding the loading status.
4. Equipment Operation and Safety
   • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and responsibly as per health and safety regulations.
   • Ensure accident-free handling of warehouse equipment.
5. Sanitation and Maintenance
   • Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions in compliance with company standards.
   • Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping and organizing the warehouse space.
6. Productivity and KPI Targets
   • Meet required productivity levels and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly related to the on-time shipping schedule.
7. Additional Duties
   • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications and Skills Required for a Warehouse Loader

1. Education
   • High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience
   • 1+ year experience working in a fast-paced dock environment, handling loading and unloading tasks.
   • At least 1 year experience operating Automatic Pallet Wrappers.
