Job Description
As a Warehouse Picker, your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations. The role requires a 3:00 AM start, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick stock from designated inventory locations.
- Efficiently put pallets away in racking locations.
- Wrap pallets securely for storage.
- Utilize RF scanning technology for effective inventory management.
- Participate in stocktaking to maintain accurate records.
- Handle refrigerated perishable stock including meat and cheese.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a refrigerated environment (3 degrees Celsius) or willingness to do so.
- Valid LO & LF forklift license required.
- Previous LO & LF driving experience is desirable.
- Strong ability to follow and give clear instructions.
- Physically capable of consistently lifting boxes weighing 10-20 kg.
