Key Responsibilities

1. Digital and Process Transformation

• Work with national and international asset managers and fund distribution platforms on digital transformation projects.
• Assess business models and organizational structures, recommending target operating models.

2. Regulatory and Risk Advisory

• Advise clients on compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk-related requirements in asset management.
• Assist clients with understanding regulatory frameworks like EU Action Plan, SFDR, and Taxonomy related to sustainability.

3. Data and Technology Projects

• Participate in data analytics and data science projects, helping clients utilize technologies like artificial intelligence and cloud services.
• Collaborate on sustainable finance, advising clients on product design and operational questions in alignment with regulatory requirements.

4. ESG and Crypto Asset Consulting

• Provide expert advice on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) matters, sustainability, and digital/crypto asset management.
• Support clients in navigating these areas through strategic planning and practical implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong academic background in economics or business, experience in financial services, and a keen interest in digital and sustainable finance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in financial services, asset management, and investment funds.
• Knowledge of market-relevant topics such as ESG, digital assets, and sustainability.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.

Education and Experience

• Degree in economics, business informatics, business mathematics, or a similar field.
