As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, verifying production receipts, and ensuring material flow accuracy. This role plays a critical part in achieving operational efficiency and aligning with company standards like ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Verify production receipts in IMS and SAP/Data Collection systems.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts as per schedule and update records.
• Monitor inventory movements to ensure system accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Analysis and Reporting

• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and production analysis reports.
• Conduct a summary analysis of inventory adjustments and report findings to the Materials Manager.

Operational Support

• Investigate inventory issues in collaboration with the production team and material handlers.
• Oversee and coordinate work center changeovers with production leads.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for all in-house materials.

Compliance and Safety

• Abide by company safety rules, OHSA requirements, and general procedures.
• Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Process Improvement

• Adopt and practice Kaizen principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities to drive continuous improvement.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the General Manager or Department Manager.
