Key Responsibilities

Team Management and Leadership

• Oversee and manage a team of 9+ employees across two branches.
• Hire, train, and develop employees, ensuring goals are set and progress is tracked.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to promote engagement, respect, and commitment among team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where employees feel empowered to succeed.

Operational and Sales Growth

• Ensure the successful execution of Grainger’s branch network strategic goals and initiatives.
• Manage sales growth, customer service, and inventory solutions profitability strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve operational performance.
• Balance operational expenses and service quality to meet financial and service goals.
• Monitor and manage controllable expenses to achieve assigned targets.

Strategic Planning and Development

• Analyze the competitive landscape to understand market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Drive continuous process improvements to remove inefficiencies and enhance value-added activities.
• Promote regional programs and encourage teamwork across branches.

Required Qualifications

Experience and Skills

• 1+ years of management experience, including overseeing a team and driving operational success.
• Strong project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
