Essential Functions of a Cheese Packager

Core Responsibilities

1. Cart Preparation: Prepare carts to receive cheese and ensure the adequate availability of cheese liners.
2. Sanitization: Assist with sanitizing press plates and foaming equipment during the Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) process.
3. Equipment Operation: Operate floor buffers during the CIP process and make CIP connections in the tower mezzanine.
4. Packaging Support: Remove full carts, seal them, and monitor the cart return process to maintain the supply chain.
5. Compliance: Follow all occupational safety standards, food safety regulations, and company guidelines.
6. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
