Job Description
As an HR Administrator – SAP HCM Payroll at Goethe-Institut, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, optimizing SAP HCM systems, and bridging the gap between HR operations and technical SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Process Management
- Handle payroll processing and salary-related matters for assigned employee groups.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
SAP HCM System Management
- Act as a key user for SAP HCM Module PA, managing updates, testing, and change requests.
- Coordinate interface integrations for SAP projects and provide technical advice to HR teams.
Quality Assurance
- Lead the testing center to maintain system quality and reliability.
- Update documentation and user manuals for SAP systems.
Data and Reporting
- Compile labor cost surveys and other required reports (e.g., disability statistics).
- Provide statistical insights for decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Goethe-Institut is looking for a motivated HR professional with a strong SAP HCM background and payroll expertise.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (e.g., tax laws, wage tax guidelines).
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM and Office 365; knowledge of Kidicap is an advantage.
- Familiarity with international payroll agreements (e.g., DTA).
Experience
