Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation and Maintenance

• Operate machinery efficiently and monitor production lines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Utilize technical diagrams to assist in repairs and ensure equipment is running smoothly.

2. Preventative Maintenance

• Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks promptly to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Report any deficiencies or potential issues with machinery to the maintenance supervisor.

3. Equipment and Parts Management

• Request required machine parts and equipment through the maintenance supervisor.
• Keep an inventory of spare parts and ensure timely reordering to avoid delays.

4. Safety Compliance and Reporting

• Adhere to safety protocols outlined in the employee handbook and training programs.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report safety hazards to supervisors.
• Participate in safety training programs and ensure a safe work environment.

5. Continuous Learning and Process Improvement

• Acquire new skills and expertise on evolving equipment and processes.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.

6. Other Duties as Assigned

• Assist with mold and process changes as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure production continues smoothly.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
