Key Responsibilities
1. Use of Parts Washer
Operate a parts washer to de-grease and clean metal components effectively.
2. Inventory Maintenance
Record part quantities in the system, transport baskets of parts to designated areas, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
3. Assembly Operations
Perform assembly tasks following detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
4. Software Operations
Use basic computer functions for data entry and reporting in productivity systems.
5. Quality Control
Rework defective units that fail quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
6. Training Support
Provide training to other employees on work methods, procedures, and instructions.
7. Additional Duties
Perform other tasks as directed by the manager to support production and operations.
Qualifications
Education and Skills
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
