Key Responsibilities
1. Inspection of Equipment (Prüfung technischer Geräte)
- Conduct inspections of technical devices, operating materials, and industrial equipment on-site at client locations.
- Ensure compliance with DGUV regulations and other relevant safety standards.
2. Reporting and Documentation
- Create detailed and accurate inspection reports.
- Document findings, including any identified deficiencies or necessary corrective measures.
3. Minor Repairs
- Perform minor repairs on-site to address small issues identified during inspections.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
4. Client Support and Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive the required spare parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical advice and support.
5. Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety measures outlined in DGUV, ASR guidelines, and DIN standards.
- Conduct initial and repeat inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
6. Training and Development
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest inspection techniques and standards.
- Continuously improve skills to maintain high-quality inspections and service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Electrical Training: Completed vocational training as an electrician or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the technical inspection of equipment and versatile in handling various tools and devices.
- Customer Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently on-site at client locations.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous and trustworthy approach to work.
Desirable Skills
- Inspection Experience: Previous experience in technical inspections is preferred.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with DGUV/ASR guidelines and DIN standards.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to undergo ongoing training in inspection techniques and regulations.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
