Key Responsibilities – What You Will Do

As a Junior Travel Expense Specialist, you will be involved in several important aspects of the travel expense accounting process. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Travel Expense Accounting

• Assist in managing travel expense accounting processes, ensuring compliance with internal and tax regulations.

2. Shared Service Center Support

• Handle processes managed by our Shared Service Center and coordinate tasks efficiently.

3. Point of Contact for Staff Inquiries

• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding any travel expense accounting questions.

4. Process Development

• Contribute to the improvement of internal travel expense accounting processes.

5. Special Tasks

• Take on additional tasks related to travel expense accounting as needed.

What We Expect – Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Educational Background

• Completed commercial training or studies in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2. Experience in Travel Expense Accounting

• Previous experience in accounting for travel expenses, preferably in a similar role.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.

4. Proactive Approach

• Ability to take initiative and follow through with tasks to completion.

5. Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SAP and Concur, and confidence in using modern office communication tools.

• Solid written and spoken English skills are essential for this role.
