Key Responsibilities

1. Work Area Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize processes.

2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Follow manufacturing procedures to meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts safely and effectively.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as required.

3. Documentation and Collaboration

• Keep accurate records and notes of processes and results.
• Use computers to access information and document data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance efficiency.

4. Support and Teamwork

• Assist other line operators when necessary.
• Take on additional duties as requested to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 55 lbs.

2. Technical Skills

• Basic math skills for operational accuracy.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.

3. Communication and Teamwork

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and support co-workers.

4. Experience

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
