Key Responsibilities

Timely Package Delivery

• Review customer orders and ensure timely delivery according to preset routes.
• Safely load and unload packages from the vehicle.
• Ensure packages are delivered in excellent condition.

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and promote FedEx services.

Flexible Shifts

• Work flexible hours depending on business requirements.
• Adapt to varying shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and secure for deliveries.
• Perform routine checks and report any issues to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class 5/G driver’s license.
• Ability to lift to 70 lbs.
• Good knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is a plus.

Experience

• No previous driving experience is required; however, customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
• 3 months to adjust to the position and its responsibilities.

Language Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory in Quebec.
