Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Services

• Provide excellent customer service by making guests feel “at home.”
• Operate cash registers to process payments.

2. Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to policies regarding food safety and the sale of age-restricted goods.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

3. Sales Floor and Merchandising

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
• Assist with general merchandising and housekeeping duties.

4. Outdoor Operations

• Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Adaptable, organized, and efficient with attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and technical knowledge.
• Able to manage multiple demands effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Experience
