Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Support and System Administration

• Provide global technical and functional support for product costing in ERP systems.
• Address problem resolution, process mapping, system testing, and security access.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing users on ERP systems.

2. Costing Rollups and Analysis

• Coordinate monthly costing rollups and perform manual re-rolls as needed.
• Evaluate run rates annually, recommending updates to routing and costing models.
• Maintain and update MUC price lists to ensure accurate inter-company transfer pricing.

3. User Support and Training

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions for users.
• Document system applications and create training materials.
• Lead cross-functional training sessions for product costing modules.

4. Process Enhancement and Compliance

• Work with end users to document business needs for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain internal control documents related to ERP product costing.
• Recommend process improvements for ERP modules.

5. Collaboration and Travel

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure ERP systems meet organizational needs.
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support business requirements.

Skills and Requirements

1. Core Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and IT principles.
• Experience with ERP cost systems (2-4 years preferred).

2. Educational Background

• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

3. Additional Attributes

• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
