As a Sales Coordinator at Rosen Hotels & Resorts, your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support for Sales Managers

  • Assist sales managers by providing administrative help such as preparing sales reports, creating presentations, and managing calendars.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update important sales documents and materials for easy access.

Client Interaction

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, either by phone or email.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and that strong relationships are maintained.
  • Help process orders and track sales leads, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Sales Support

  • Use the company’s CRM system to track leads, sales opportunities, and the status of ongoing sales activities.
