Key Responsibilities of the Driver

1. Product Identification and Receipt
   As a Driver, you will be responsible for correctly identifying and receiving all incoming products in the warehouse. This includes unpacking boxes and ensuring that the items received match the details listed on the packing slips.
2. Discrepancy and Damage Reporting
   In the event of discrepancies or damaged products, the Driver will contact suppliers to report the issue. You will work collaboratively with suppliers to resolve these issues quickly, ensuring that relationships remain positive and that inventory discrepancies are minimized.
3. Assisting with Unloading Deliveries
   The Driver will assist with unloading products from supplier trucks upon arrival. This requires teamwork and a strong commitment to ensuring that deliveries are handled efficiently and safely.
4. Organizing Products for Material Handlers
   After receiving deliveries, the Driver will help organize the products in totes, ensuring that all items are sorted properly for Material Handlers to store in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
5. Processing Customer Returns
   The Driver will assist in processing customer returns that need to be returned to warehouse stock. This is an important part of maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly.
6. Supporting Other Warehouse Functions
   Once the Driver completes receiving duties, you may be asked to assist with other areas such as picking, shipping, and transfers, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse.
