As part of the team, you will ensure the production of high-quality frozen potato products, playing a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and product excellence. You will be responsible for tasks such as raw product sampling, machine output maintenance, and line validation while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Quality and Operations Management

• Ensure products are produced to McCain’s strict standards, including sampling raw materials and maintaining machine output.
• Validate line conditions to ensure smooth production processes and maintain high-quality standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve operational performance while maintaining hygiene and safety.

2. Communication and Collaboration

• Effectively communicate with other functions and departments to ensure smooth production flows.
• Collaborate with your manager to address issues, optimize production, and maintain a high level of product quality.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement in the plant’s operations.
• Contribute to making the plant’s operations more efficient without compromising on quality.

4. Safety and Standards Compliance

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Ensure that production practices meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience in Manufacturing or Teamwork

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and management.
