Job Summary

As a Production Operator (3rd Shift), you will be responsible for assembling, loading, and inspecting materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. This role requires adherence to quality standards and company policies while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

• Perform machine operation, setup, and changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Load, unload, and assemble components as required by assigned machines.
• Review process documentation daily for updates or quality changes.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting, machine repairs, and preventative maintenance as directed.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all quality standards are met per process books and inspection instructions.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Rework products when necessary to meet quality standards.

Training and Collaboration

• Train future operators effectively.
• Assist material handlers and production teams as needed.
• Attend additional training programs to enhance skills and performance.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all established company policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One to three months of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and material handling equipment.
